Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Design: Create visually appealing designs for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, ads, banners, and cover photos.
Web Design: Design graphics and visuals for website pages, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing user experience.
Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with marketing strategies and campaigns.
Content Creation: Generate innovative ideas and concepts for digital content that resonate with the target audience and communicate the brand message effectively.
Optimization: Optimize designs for various screen sizes and devices for optimal viewing experiences across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.
Design Audits: Conduct regular design audits and performance analyses to identify areas for improvement and enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills:
Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Design Principles: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present and justify design concepts to stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs.
Independent Work: Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing social media and web design projects.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles; knowledge of social media analytics and SEO principles is desirable.
Compensation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - ₹ 3,00,000
